    This is what I remember when I was a kid in the car with my parents. It was really fun when it was snowing too.

    Has to be somewhere up North (North of the Mason Dixon line) pre 1997.
    I was working for WalMart in 1997 and all of the major grocery stores priced
    their 2 liters at 75 cents or 50 cents on sale. Back then Wal Mart was still
    price matching. I went to New York and Chicago in late 1990 and paid
    $2 for 2 liters then.
