This 1912 Kweichow Bank 1 Yuan Banknote Appears to be a P-2468a?

This note appears to be the P-2468a, but the little red characters overprint above the first column of characters is different here than on the Pick example, seen at the bottom. Of the few of these on-line, I can't find those characters as they appear on the top note. Any ideas?
