Buying bulk world coins

1) $5/lb for well mixed foreign coins with good range of denominations and countries with very minimal amount of Mexico
and Canadian pennies
with good representation of non-cull pre-1920 and some pre-1900.

2) $4/lb for well mixed foreign coins with good range of denominations and countries with very minimal amount of Mexico and Canadian pennies.

3) $3/lb for well mixed mexico coins with good range of denominations. Should not be loaded with currently used low denominations ($1/lb stuff)

4) $??/lb If yours does not meet the above criterias please provide me a
description and/or pictures and I will come up with a value. I do buy tokens.
