Nothing Fancy but according to his father it was something they did together while he was a young teen



Just a few pages of his collection, His Father auctioned them off after his death and donated the proceeds to Aid's Research and I believe the entire collection is in the British Postal Museum

Interesting, he was born in Zanzibar I believe, which may have been his inclination to collect the full set.
