i'm suspecting hes a ripoff... i traded him a Jerome Bettis JSY card for a Barlow JSY card... its been at least 3 weeks & still nothing... he recieved but i haven't... has anyone had problems w/ this guy?

well i thought the mail already came because the mail box was open (as if someone got the mail) & i only saw one envalope.... but i was just wanderin around & saw it above the fire place...............
