Reviews at PSA Question

When you send a PSA card for a grade review, if they do not bump it up, will they reholder it? Or does that cost extra? Thanks.

    You will need to request on the submission form that they reholder it if it does not bump. You will be charged a reholder fee. I did this on a card a few months ago
