Topps Factory Set Experts - In late 80's & early 90's did Topps seal w/ plain tape?

I have a bunch of Topps factory sets. In regards to 1989, 1990, 1991, 1993, and 1995....did Tops seal with plain, clear tape?

In 1994, they used tape with "Topps Factory Seal" printed on the tape. Were all 1994 sets like this or were some totally enveloped in cellophane?

In 1992, I have one that has plain clear tape on the front flap AND totally enveloped in cellophane. I thought that was interesting.

I am asking this because I am wanting my run of factory sets to be "factory sealed".

Prior years had clear packing tape on the front flap and two sides. Then wrapped in cellophane.
