Ebay Bucks have landed....sort of

Looks like the 2nd quarter Ebay Bucks certificates have been sent out. I was one of the people that wasn't able to see my Ebay Bucks for the last couple of weeks under Ebay.com so they had me go in under Ebay.ca where they were visable. Got my certificate but doesn't appear they applied the sellers bonuses that were being given from 6/12-6/20. Just a heads up to anyone else that had the same issues. Been on the phone with them for 30+ minutes trying to resolve it.

I had the same seller problem. They told me I never signed up for it, which I know was not true, but what can I do.

After over an hour and a half on the phone with them, they say they can't find the e-mail for the promotion, which the first lady I talked to found and read to me. They tried to ask if I activated it and of course, I had. They can't really argue that I didn't because the buying bonuses are there. They now have to go thru manually and see what I should have received. Thankfully it's only about 7-8 listings but it's another $170-200 I should be getting. They will be calling me back, so we'll see what they say.

I am still waiting to hear back from the lady I spoke to this morning but did receive a call from another rep I had dealt with a couple weeks ago when the Ebay bucks weren't showing at all. She was just calling to say that issue was fixed. I was able to get her to find the promotion e-mail and forward it to the person that is working on the case. She ALSO told me that this must be a bigger issue as she saw a lot on the Ebay community bulletin board in regards to the issue. I might not hurt to call in, but might also save yourself some headaches until after the holiday then see where they are with it.

Check before you call, EBay fixed my problem and credited me with my "Selling Promotion Reward" as of July 3rd

I did not get my ebay bucks because I did not list an item when promotion started it just ended during promotion. So I guess moral to that story is that if you have items for sale when the promotion starts, end the listings and then relist them.

Still haven't received the bonus seller bucks for the June promotion. The previous 3 calls I've made I've been told "they are working on fixing the issue". Called again last night as it's been about 3 weeks since my previous call. After going back and forth with the "front line" people, she finally got me to an account specialist, again. I was told that in the promotion, it was stated that the Ebay bucks for the June seller promotion would not be available until Sept 23-30. I'm not sure if this is the case but I'll just have to wait and see. Wondered if anyone else had been following up or had any resolution?

Same with me. I made a $1000.00 sale during the promotion and no bucks yet. I have made one call and got the same info as you. We shall see

Another quarter ending and I don’t see any update on bucks seller promo for this quarter. It should be by now or real shortly if it is to happen.

I was thinking about this last night. They told me it was to be this week so I'm getting close to calling again.

I chatted with customer service today. she said if mine do not show up they will issue me a certificate. The person I spoke to in july apparently left notes, because the rep I just spoke with was able to reference my previous call and the person I spoke to. She was going to talk with him and email me back with an answer. she said they would wait to issue a certificate until after oct 1 because they didnt want to issue my bucks twice

The stories are so conflicting. They told me it HAD to be a separate certificate and they couldn't be used together. Each time I call in, I have to end up asking for an account specialist.

Thanks guys, this is getting a bit ridiculous and convoluted. I am watching as well not expecting a ton of $, however I definitely listed and sold during some promotions.

They told me between 9/23-9/30 for the June seller promotion. Nothing showed up here so it looks like another call to Ebay!

3rd quarter Ebay bucks code arrived this morning. Had to call again 2 days ago about the seller bonus from June. Talked to yet a different person and went thru all of my listings/sales that would have been eligible and found 6. Should have about $180 coming my way. Says he has to work on it and it would be 48-72 hours.....still waiting.

Didn't get a certificate for the June seller bonus but got this showing today!! Looks like it will be included in my next certificate. I'll take it!

I received my notice for 4th quarter eBay bucks certificate coming tomorrow, but it definitely does not include any of my selling bucks. Does anyone who's had this issue before have advice on dealing with eBay on this? I just called and they said "they may come at a later date", which doesn't sound al all promising.

My selling bucks for the 2nd quarter were issued at the start of the 4th quarter. Just got my certificate today.
Good luck as it is a MAJOR pain in the arse!

selling bucks have come later for me as well. I put in a number of phone calls to ebay about my second quarter seller bucks. it is a pain

I'll have to hound customer service it sounds like. It's odd, I received my Q3 bucks on October 3rd, along with the bucks I accumulated from purchases int hat quarter, but nothing for this quarter.

Hey, at least you are getting Bucks for selling. The offer for "selling Bucks" I got in the 2nd quarter was the only one I've ever received.
