Personally I grade this coin EF, but I'm old and crotchety. Agree with me or PCGS it's a tougher date in decent condition. The scratch you see is on the holder NOT the coin. The reverse is rotated about 30 degrees. Coin has not been to CAC but obviously I don't think it would sticker so please don't buy it thinking it's PQ. Preferred payment options are PP gift or USPS mo. Will also take regular pp +3% or check which must clear before shipping.
