Print Defect ?

Will PSA grade this as a print defect, concerned about bottom border and next to name / position. Thanks in advance !

    I would say no. Do you know if this is a common problem on this card?

    I'm guessing it's more pronounced in-hand?

    The blue around name and position ran into white border.

    No, not really, collecting the set in 8's, submitting to PSA.
