FS HERE: CANADA 1945 2005 VE 5 cents Nickel (Silver) with GOLD "V" - REDUCED
Coin is graded PF-67 by Canada's ICCS ($65). Price includes CONUS shipping. Smudges are on the plastic, not the coin.
On May 4, 2005, The Royal Canadian Mint announced it would strike a representation of the famous Victory nickel for general circulation. Originally struck from 1943 to 1945, the Victory nickel was designed to promote the Canadian war effort during the Second World War. The coin was unveiled during a special ceremony in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and commemorates the 60th Anniversary of the World War II Allied victory.
Exclusive to the 2005 Annual Report, the coin is a replica of the original design, by Mint Master Engraver Thomas Shingles, which was used between 1943 and 1945. The coin featured a 'V' symbol, which represented Winston Churchill's famous 'V' for victory sign as well as the Roman numeral. A flamed torch at the center of the design is symbolic of sacrifice. All of the design elements played a part in the entire message, designed to convey the idea that victory comes by sacrifice and willingness to work. The obverse features the portrait of the late King George VI by T.H. Paget, the same portrait that graced the original coin.

Hi, nice looking coin. You may have some trouble getting your price as the 2018 Charlton lists it for $60CAD in PR69.
Sorry.

Gene -- Where can I buy a PR69 graded coin for $45usd? I rarely see these offered for sale and have never seen a 69. Sometimes Price Guides are a little/lot wrong...
Fair question. PCGS has only graded one coin and it is a 69DC. I do not have access to the NGC or ICCS pop reports.
However, most collectors will use the published guides to establish a buy price point. Charlton is $60CAD in PR69, Canadian Coin News Trends is $50CAD raw. eBay sales are $35 - $40USD raw. There are a few listed with or without the Mint Report for $50USD or less. Odds are pretty good that one could be bought raw, submitted to PCGS, and obtain an equal or better grade for about $60 USD.
The above quick research is what I based my comment on. Again, I apologize. As a collector of Canada coins, I only meant to offer my take on the market for this piece.

Interesting coin. I never knew it existed, but then again keeping up with Canadian mint coins is a full time job.
