help identifying 3 old cards

By the facial features, period of equipment, and jersey number, I'd guess the hockey player is Red Kelly.

I don't recognize them as legitimate cards.
There is no team designation so the most likely are not sanctioned by any organization.

I would be surprised if they were older than 1980. I'd like to see a closer picture of the printing.

I think the pitcher looks a little bit like Bob Feller.

I realize the artist drew a lefty and Feller was right handed.

I've never seen any cards like this. Doesn't look to be a legitimate card(s) as in upperdeck, topps, etc. I'm not 100% sure but they are neat.
