Fraudulent ebay account

Notified by ebay that a purchase by ebay ID coande25 was fraudulent. Fortunately I shipped snail pace registered mail and was able to intercept and recover shipment.
Mailing address for the fraudster is:
427 S OLYMPIA ST
NEW ORLEANS, LA 70119
When gold and silver move together, it signals the coming end of fiat money.

I might add that it appears someone hijacked a valid ebay/PP account. Ebay account holder notified me of the fraudulent charge, then ebay let me know.

And another reason Not To Link those accounts or save passwords.
