1898 IHC Snow S-13

Inspired by a current IHC thread I decided to sort through my Indians and look for any varieties. I found at least two that I believe fit the Snow variety and would like your opinion on this one. I think this 1898 fits the Snow S-13 definition with a '9' peeking out of the denticles. Your opinion on rarity is appreciated.

Your coin matches the NGC photo for Snow-13,
but does not match the Snow-13 photos on indiancentvarieties.com, so the 2 sources are in conflict.

I don't know, because the indiancent.wikispaces.com page that I linked in my post above lists several varieties with MPDs in the dentils, but no pictures:
S-5, S-12, S-13, S-15, S-18, S-21, S-25.

The answer is likely in Rick Snow's 3rd edition book, which I do not have. (I have a copy of his first edition).

This is a Snow-5. It was initially Snow-13, but the Cherrypicker's Guide mislabeled it as Snow-5 and then PCGS used that to attribute a few examples. To fix this I had to change my listing.
