Help identify ancient coin

A friend owns this coin. I'm trying to identify it for him.
It appears to be silver (with significant "crust", especially on the reverse), 14.35 grams.

I think it is from Parthia, maybe a tetradrachm of Phraates IV or maybe Gotarzes II ?

I have found some similar-looking coins but none are an exact match.

Thanks for any info !

It is in the style of a Parthian tetradrachm, but unfortunately a fairly modern imitation.

I thought that might be the case, although the heavy green crust makes it a little more convincing.
Anyway, thanks for the info. Not big loss on my friend's part since it looks like even genuine examples in that grade can be had for about $50.
