Please know that we do have a Customer Service Department that is here to assist with issues such as these (info@PSAcard.com). We understand if you are upset, frustrated, or even baffled, but this is not what the forums are intended for. If you simply reach out to us directly with images as have been posted here, we'd be happy to review the item to confirm it's an error and then we will send you a FedEx label to have the card sent back for correction completely at our expense. That is our company policy with errors.
Although PSA strives for perfection, please remember that we do have humans processing these items and errors can and do occur, unfortunately. However, we never shy away from correcting our mistakes and always strive to give our customers a satisfactory experience.
