FS JFK Cut Signature / B18 Joe Jackson Blanket - 100% of Proceeds to Charity

So here's the deal... I will be taking part in a 100km endurance cycling event through Miami in November in which I’ve committed to raise a minimum of $10,000 for Best Buddies, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults affected by intellectual and development disabilities (IDD), including those affected with Down Syndrome, Autism, Fragile X, Williams Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury and other related disabilities.
In order to help reach my contribution commitment, I am putting some items up for sale, with 100% of the proceeds to go directly to my fundraising efforts. With that long-winded introduction, up for sale is:
a John F. Kennedy cut signature. This cut was purchased by a collector from Charles Hamilton in 1993, and then sold to me ~5 years ago. I will stand behind the signature. $800 OBO.
a B18 Joe Jackson Blanket (yellow pennant). Overall the pennant is in great condition with some minor tonight (see photos below) and a bit of an off cut. Nevertheless, this one is much more visually appealing than the pennant that just sold on eBay for $875 (see it here - https://www.ebay.com/itm/23271504087...875&rmvSB=true). I will sell the Joe Jackson pennant for $875 (same as the one on eBay).

Since the posts were about multiple items that aren't related to each other, I thought it was appropriate to separate them. Duly noted.

Maybe I'm missing something glaringly obvious, but I don't see any link to the items yo have for sale. certainly will not get any interest with no photos.
