Question regarding ebay 20% off coupon

I know you can use this coupon for multiple items in your cart and it will take 20% off all of them--however what if a seller reduces a price of a BIN item for me via "an offer to review" (as opposed to reducing the BIN in the listing)--if I accept the offer will it get added to my cart and will I still get the 20% off that item and all the other items in my cart or will I not get the 20% off that item?? Thanks!

I think it’ll still work bc no matter what you can still add it to your cart? But not positive sorry

I submitted offers on three cards a couple hours ago. The seller counteroffered.....I accepted. I then used the 20% code and it worked.

Code will work for you OP. Also as always remember you can use this code with guest checkout so you can use it as much as you have the money to spend on things over and over.

Thanks SDSportsFan however this isn't through the conventional "Make offer" feature--I sent them messages asking if they would lower the BIN price but they didn't do it in the listing but rather sent me an offer for review which I can accept but am not sure if this will add it to my cart or not and therefore allow me to get 20 off those items along with the others I simply added to my cart.

Well you got what 90 minutes to give it a whirl?

I am 99% sure it will let you still accept the offer and then pay for everything together with the coupon.

I made an offer on an item, got a counter offer, and accepted the counter offer. The 20 off worked on lower, seller generated counter offer

Just be careful though, if the seller does not respond before the 20% off offer expires, I believe you are still on the hook to purchase the item if the seller accepts your offer?

How do you checkout as a guest? Assuming on the web, but not the app? Thanks in advance.

Just now saw this. On the web all you do is log out and you go to buy something, it will ask you to either log in or checkout as a guest.
