A friend reached out to me a short time ago and asked if I could ask around to see if anyone could help him locate some copies of the card in the title before he resorted to paying $5 apiece for cards on eBay. If anyone happens to have any of them, please let me know. His son has a friend who knows the Grigsby's and wants to surprise him.

Hi Geordie. It looks like there are 65 of them on sportlots.com, if you are willing to buy from there. Most of them are $0.18 plus shipping. Many people have multiple copies on there.

Good call, @bsavage. I remembered them about a half hour after posting this. Logged on and saw 55 cards I'd stuck in the cart about a year ago. Sheesh!
