Population Report Search.....do you find it frustrating as I?

1) When entering search criteria, the drop down list presents a data set containing descriptions that often has no resemblance to the text entered.
2) Upon selecting a similar item, the displayed results can list pages of unrelated items, in no intelligible order.
3) Sometimes selecting an item from the list will display nothing! - would this be a PCGS number that has been removed?
4) When the search results are displayed, the search text entered is automatically cleared!
5) Do you get "OOPS Not found!" often when searching on smartphone?
Perhaps these observations occur for countries with many coins/dates that aren't well populated as US, but a software application needs to address these issues.
Or am I, doing something very wrong?!

Download the PCGS certification app.
You won't get all the noise ..... just the pop.
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
I've got the PCGS Cert Verification app; it only accepts a certification#. I'm looking to research population of coins across series within the Country, so the app doesn't help in this regard> @bidask said:

I pretty much only use it to check pops on coins in general, not by cert #. If I'm looking for 'Albania' there does not seem to be much rhyme or reason as to how the coins are ordered. Mildly aggravating. I'm sure there's a smarter way to search but it's not something that falls into place easily.
