Why are Hideo Nomo game used cards worth so much????

i dont get it, they are always worth so much, a topps finest jersey of Nomo is worth more than bonds of the same set, and the Nomo is the highest priced card in the set??????????????????????????????? he sucks

yeah...i remember about 2 years ago he did his first CERTIFIED AUTOGRAPH and it was booking at like $500??? or something crazy like that
