Re: Is this toning Attractive? (New photos added from my Motorola Edge Phone)
To some, yes, to others, no.
I tend to lean towards no.
Just because something has "a lot of color" doesn't mean it's good.
I find the dimes in that set to be far more attractive than the halves.

Thank you, everyone, for the feedback. Please feel free to provide any specific thoughts on what you preferred about the older layout versus the new. This feedback is being shared directly with our team and will help us continue improving our services. We upgraded our cert verification page to prepare for an exciting upcoming announcement. I understand the new look may take some getting used to, but in the meantime, please keep the open dialogue coming!
Thanks Heather, I'm glad you guys are looking at this feedback. I have a few more suggestions.
For an example verification page with Trueviews like https://www.pcgs.com/cert/52659044 there should also be a link to https://www.pcgs.com/trueview/52659044 where we can download all of the images also.
I don't know why the NFC notice is so prominent and occupies the main focal area of the page. This information should be minimized and de-emphasized, in my opinion. I'm not saying the information isn't useful or important, but I'm not sure this message deserves top billing, and is more appropriately displayed as a footnote somewhere.
The PCGS Coin number should link to Coinfacts.

Are you ordering the Superman coin or medals tomorrow? Post your order experience or intentions here if you wish. I’m in for the gold coin and 2 1/2 oz version if I can get an order in! I predict a sellout of both issues. Pure speculation but soon the results will be known.

I will join the ever growing group of collectors and dealers who are protesting this GTG and will NOT be providing my guess.
Thanks Mark for the inspiration and for stepping forward in instigating this rebellion.
😲
I wasn’t looking for or expecting any partners in protest.
My personal feelings aside, I realize that such threads can still be fun and even educational.

Re: Three Day GTG Experiment - Coin Three Ends Late, 7-29, REVEALED 67CAM
I can’t tell what’s on the holder and what’s on the coin. In addition to that, even good images might not show hairlines that are present on many, if not most Proof coins. For example, based on the images provided if I were going to guess - which I’m not - I’d guess Proof 67 Cameo. However, for all we know, the coin could be graded 65 or 66 due to hairlines that aren’t apparent in the images.
For those reasons, I’m going to sit this one out. And now, I’ll get off of my soap box.😉

obviously I'm biased but I believe this represents the more accurate spread in the market after the sellout
how trustworthy are the users on that site?
Re: How many complete steps do you see?
I collect Jeffersons. Full steps dont interest me. Full strikes do. Not the same thing btw

Below 3K leftHow do you determine this? Is there a secret?
yes
What do you think of these if they played games and are only going to release 5K?
Or, because DC is involved, do you think they will go to Back Order on them and sell the full 10K if they can?
It's a pre-order. If there's demand, they will probably try to mint the rest. It's not exactly a game. There's just no point in making coins you can't sell.

As a high end comic collector of golden age books, and someone just getting into precious metals, I'm their target buyer. This was going to bring me into gold and have been excited for over a month to buy one. But this price is silly. No thanks from me. Not that cool. Not that unique.buy bullion gold from a bullion dealer. american gold eagles or gold buffaloes
for this, if you want something, i recommend the 2.5 ounce silver
Thank you for this. I'm looking for something with a little more rarity, but admittingly don't understand mint rarities. 10,000 (for gold) and 25,000 (for the 2.5 silver) don't seem low, but this is what I need to learn. Even as a big Superman fan, I just don't have the feeling that I'd be missing out if I just pass.
10K is typical for numismatic gold. A little low for a half ounce, but it's priced very high. 25K for silver anything is low.
