Its not glue its actual metal ive dealt with coins alot and dealt with glue on them this is copper
If it's copper, then it won't be harmed by soaking it in water overnight.
Re: 1955 wheat penny error
Damaged-look at the neck, jaw, cheek, and ear area – all damage after the coin was in circulation.
Could be glue, as Jonathanb says….I can’t tell for sure, but it’s not an error coin.
Re: How do you enjoy your cards?
Every time i add a few cards I scan them and enjoy the process of putting them away necessitating making room in each box until the last as all my graded cards are in year and number order. I always look at every card from at least the year of the new card to see them all together.

you can own this 1928 for Under $30.00
Link, please? If that's a counterfeit, it's a really good one.
And you could get your message across much better with a considerably less vague thread title.

Re: Its Never Going to Stop
Any ideas how we can stop this once and for all ?
whack-a-mole
it'll never stop, but if foreign governments would crack down on all counterfeits, it would help a lot

What’s not to love?
To answer your question, the price many dealers want to charge for their gold CAC coins. Many coins with the gold CAC bean are priced at least two grades higher than the slab grade. I'd rather buy a PCGS MS65 coin than the same coin in a PCGS MS63 Gold CAC slab.

Question for you recent submitters.
- MODERN or ECONOMY for Moonlight Mint coins?
- Does the 1933 Gold Indian have to use STANDARD due to value?
Thanks.
Non- US Mint
Modern for all Moonlight Mint items, except when individual coin value exceeds $500
The 1933 Gold Indian would to go standard.
Re: Its Never Going to Stop
the difficult ones are the listings that use a genuine picture but mail a counterfeit
Re: Its Never Going to Stop
Unless you know what you’re doing, buying raw coins is asking for trouble.
