Any info on this 2009 Chinese colorized silver coin & note set?

I have a client looking for an appraisal and possible sale of this 2009 set from China. Appears to be a 60th Anniversary set, but I don't know the proper name for it. I've been unable to locate any info on it, or completed sales.

Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My guess is these are not coins, but a privately produced set of metals (worth melt).

You can check here Link to pandaamerica, but I don't think you will find it there.

There is nothing on the box that would indicate these are mint products.
