I was planning to do a SSP & Giveaway this week. It is my first time selling since moving out west. But I won't bother you guys with pics of all the pretty shiny things I have for sale, you know where to find them.

No, instead this is just a plain old giveaway. Just post to enter.

But I will offer a second entry for certain activities in line with our past traditions. PM me if you qualify.

Main prize is this big hunk of silver from Paraguay featuring a pretty cool lion:

I'll probably find some other things to add to the pot and scrounge up some stuff for a second place winner.

Winners to be announced sometime after 17:52 PDT Sunday. Engagement of certain other activities not necessary.

Yes, I would like to be entered into the coin giveaway. Ever since I was raised as a street urchin, on the mean streets of Tallahassee, I have always wanted a coin. But alas, I could never afford one. So I have to content myself with looking at pictures of coins on the free library server. I like to print them out, and look at them by the glow of the streetlights in my home within a dumpster behind Walmart. My three children enjoy looking at them too...especially those with large carnivorous cats. Lions have always been special to me, as one of them took my arm before I lost my job at the zoo. I found a coin once, but I had to spend it to buy insulin for my poor blind grandmother. That was before she was called home to Glory Land. But I know that someday, some how, I will get a coin.

Thanks spoon! The coin is even larger than I expected-- and a lion to boot! Definitely a keeper. This was a very cool giveaway.
