Howdy (Return of the Yeti?)... oh, yeah, I guess a giveaway is in order...

Still might not be up to my previous, excessive post-per-day count for a while, but I'm back.

Okay, how 'bout a 2004 Kook?

A 2004 Aussie Kookaburra 1 0z. bullion dollar, that is.

Here's a borrowed pic of the reverse. The obverse has the new, "old" portrait of the Queen.

<< <i>Rob, received any heavy boxes recently? What the heck, enter me. >>

Yep, there was a very heavy box awaiting me when I returned from vacation. image

I'm sure the mail lady and our cat-sitter (both small, petite women) really got a kick out of handing that box back and forth! image

I spent much of last night goin' through there. Great lot, as usual, and as I said previously, anytime you have any more from the same source, I'm buyin'! I have only just begun to poke through, and last night alone I found a German coin with a Krause value of $50, a raggedy 1863 US copper-nickel Indian cent, a 1919-KN Brit penny, a Polish coin from 1840 and tons more from the 1800's... and those are just a few of the preliminary highlights. Sweet! Thanks! image

Sorry the fossil hunt didn't go better, Byron, but it sounds like it was fun, anyway. It may not be until January before I can try to get out to Andrew's Island here and get me some more monster megalodon teeth! I've been selling little dozen-assortment bags of the smaller shark teeth here at my coin booth, though (a dollar a dozen, literally), and they have been doing well, not surprisingly. I could probably wholesale 'em to a lot of the touristy shops on St. Simons, who sell seashells and stuff that aren't even from around here (our beaches don't have too many shells- just sand).

    JamminJ!

I think you're buying some coins from me, so that works well... combined shipping, and all that...

(BTW, I got the thaler out of my case at the mall yesterday.)
