Received notice via ebay messages. As usual bullion category is exempt, but do note that this applies to anything in the bullion category, and not to bullion related items listed in other categories. Latest offer:

No, last time it was 10% on ONE item (not 10x).

This time it is 4x (8%) on multiple purchases of qualifying items.

I guess they figure they don't need to give me any promotion to get me to buy. So far they've been right. Kind of aggravating though.

That makes 2 of us. I've yet to receive one, but on the other hand, the only thing that I'm buying on eBay is cigarette coupons.

I guess they felt they gave both my accounts enough for this time period. Got nuthin' today. Was hoping too, as I've been holding off for awhile (I figured closer to the promo deadline for July, they'd do it again...I was half right, they offered, but not to me). Though, I did abuse the 10% and 4X when I got them.

I got 10% (5x) last week and was finally able to use it.

only 4x (8%) over 3 days for me this time

What is not mentioned is the 10% was on $250 and up and the 8% is on $150 and up. If you don't usually buy items that expensive. maybe they don't send them? That is the only guess I have. It's just a guess.

I receive them regularly on my secondary account and rarely on the primary.

Even with the deal, I see little to buy.
