The slab (both front and back) says PCCB---Professional Coin Collection Box so I doubt they are really trying to fake a PCGS slab. The PCGS on the label is there possibily to indicate they are using PCGS grading standards (yea, right). It's coming out of China so it's probably fake in any event so I would pass even if I needed this coin for my collection.

Here is the best part. If the coin gets lost in shipping or is not received. "- Buyers need to pay S&H again for reshipping the item (except the wrong buyer address is wrote by us)."
