Who here can ask the most ridiculous numismatic question?

I was just thinking, why don't we all play a game entitled "who can ask the most ridiculous numismatic question." The questions don't necessarily have to be answered, but the more ridiculous questions, the merrier. I sincerely hope that you will participate, and not stray this thread too far from the OT

Why is a quarter called a quarter?
Exactly half of my coins were struck up-side-down. Why? What are these mint errors worth?
Why is the lowest coin grade "Good" and not "Bad"?
Why does the guy on Barber coinage look clean shaven?
Why is it called 'burnishing' if no burning is involved?
How much mercury is in a mercury dime?
Thaler? Thaler than what?
I hear they are made with mint but I cannot taste anything.
Why are rare coins so common?
This key coin is not working. I am still locked out of my house. Do I need another key?

Can you balance a trime on its edge?
If you flip this coin, what is the probability it will land on its edge? Assume you are flipping over a surface that will not result in rim dings.
How many of the numerical grades of "4", "5", and "6" can exist within the same system?
Has anyone determined if there is a (fairly) consistent difference in the depth of the edge lettering of normally-struck capped bust half dollars vs. those struck off-center?
Just how many grades are there, and just how would we know? (Actually that might be a serious question)
Does the fact that we see threads here (and elsewhere) about how the Eliasberg, Reiver, Richmond, Norweb, Farouk, et al collection had (in part) ho-hum and worse coins merely mean that we are judging them on a basis they were never meant to be judged on, and what does that say about the present-day "hobby"? (Actually this would a serious question if I figured out how to phrase it just right.)

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then question the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand to post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

Edited to add: That was an acutual question a lady I dated asked when I shared with her that I was a coin collector. Way to funny and she asked me that on our last date.

Why is the hammer and sickle on Kennedy’s neck on the Kennedy half dollar? Is it because a commie shot him in the neck?
Half of them will not know.
I am not making this up.

Sad indeed. Given last week's news, it's obvious that more people know and care about Michael Jackson that John F. Kenndy or any of the current world events for that matter. And the silly news media (all of it) can't seem to cover anything else.
