I never though I could do a PhotoShop 'coin reflection' at my senior age...I love it!!
I'm doing more tonight!!!
I know rgCoinGuy has several coin reflectors in his palette.(UtahCoin too, I believe)
So, if you got 'em, post 'em.
Thanks again Becoka and SpaceMonkey!!!
Here's my very first!!!!

You can still go but it will take forever and a day to get there.

SpaceMonkey does have some nice templates. I gotta break down and start learning how to take REAL images of coins, not just snapping a pic of the slab for ebay.

<< <i>I've got Photoshop 7.0. Do you have to have Photoshop Elements? >>
I'm not sure.
If it has some of the critical features like "merge down" and layering, it may just work.

Photoshop 7 will work just fine, just some of the terminology is different. The locations of some of the tools may have changed as well.

<< <i>can you do this with gimp? or just photoshop? >>
I have heard of other folks using programs other than photoshop. I have not tried it on gimp. I only used gimp for a short while when I was experimenting with Linux a few years ago.
If you want to be a guinea pig, just open the template in GIMP and see if you have different layers to work with, if yes then you can use the template.

People come and go from this forum and the hobby, some reappear years later some do not.
I do like the reflection templates that spacemonkey did although they do require a bit of time to do.
