Information wanted about "Heritage Coin Grading" slabs

It has come to our attention that slabs have recently appeared in the marketplace from someone called "Heritage Coin Grading". Please let me assure you that these are in no way connected with Heritage Auctions or Heritage Rare Coin Galleries.

We've been unable to find any web presence for this organization, so if you know more information about these people, please drop me an e-mail at stewarth@ha.com.

    I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
    Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

    I have one of those and there is no info on it. The grading was a dead givaway that it had nothing to do with the official "Heritage"

    There is an ebay seller "Circles-N-Squares" with about a dozen 'HCG' graded coins listed. They may know of the source. (Heck, they may BE the source!)

    The coins in question are in the HCG section of their store. They also have an ICCS section. Now don't everyone go at once! image
