  Don't know squat about grading them, but I like the looks of that one. I'll take a WAG @ VF35.

  There are so many cleaned Seated dollars in slabs that it isn't even funny. It's seems as if the services dip them before they holder the coins. Yours has the original patina, and believe me, I appreciate how hard it is to find one like that.

  That's a nice coin and well worth 40 money IMO. It seems to be a high end VF35.
