Merry Christmas, and thanks to PCGS for a fine forum.

  • I've only met Sports Moderator. Actually a few times now.

Surprised he knew who I was by my posts and frankly I was surprised. He's really a down to earth guy, no pretenses whatsoever.

We shared several stories and he actually gave me his home phone number. Initially, I had a hard time believing he was who he said he was. Yeah, I'm name dropping I guess. But the fact is, he's a guy I respect and instantly liked and trusted. The amazing thing, he sincerely cared about what I had to say and we have spoken on the phone since then. The professional distant coldness I feel from PCGS in general was greatly ameliorated by his words, his attitude and approach. PCGS could benefit from several more representatives like him.
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."

Many thanks to the Masterminds behind all of this. You have provided me with some of the best "father/son" times a dad could only dream of. then, on top of it all, the knowledge, insights and friendships that have been added along with that is just icing on the cake.

My thanks to you all! image

I level of knowledge here is incredible. I can be cynical and say it's a stoke of marketing genius by PCGS, but I am not sure how many members of these boards just buy PCGS slabs because they are participants here. I don't.
