Does this have a shot for a PSA 8?

I picked up this 1964 Rose hoping for a PSA 7 but once it arrived it looks like maybe an PSA 8. Let me know what you think.

I have 8s that are rubbed off but I don't think they will give a 9 to a card that has the cartoon exposed.

What's going on with the left edge of that card? Is it wavy?

nice card. Not to be picky or anything but it looks like there are touches on the top right and bottom left corners. Some inconsistency on the left edge. Did you miss any surface scratches?
Looking to BUY n332 1889 SF Hess cards and high grade cards from 19th century especially. "Once you have wrestled everything else in life is easy" Dan Gable

I could not crop in photobucket, for some reason it would not let me apply after croping..

Not in 1964. Maybe in the 80's.
