Per the 2011 HA notes for this coin: The finely granular surfaces are sharply struck, typical for the issue, and display an overlay of soft mint frost. The only "mark" of note is a Mint-produced curved partial rim just to the left of the date, a feature that also shows on many examples of the 1911-S. Deep orange-gold color… -
