I would see if the buyer wants it and avoid the fees. Obviously the title is against ebay policy, in order to protect against the scammers. See if he wants to pay, if he knows PCI and bid on the auction he should already have a good idea on it's quality. -

Sent to the seller: Don't you know we realize that you ended a prior auction after it was pointed out that a PR70 PCGS never existed for this date/mint? To relist it makes it pretty clear that you're a "Power Scammer." Let's see what happens this time. -

Sounds bogus to me. Buyers that are legit will repsond back to e-mails or phone calls. Scammers won't. Also, if I'm a buyer who really paid, I'd get pissed that my coins haven't been shipped. Doesn't sound like that's the case here! -

What a scammer! He's even using the former backdrop on the GAI web site for his auction. Someone's basement pack factory must be working overtime these days--I've seen more of these bogus racks, fron all different years, than ever before. -

JrMac - take that as a yes. I find it funny that he didn't think about the effects of admitting that he was not taking cards out of his registered sets after he sold them - he admitted his identity. He's just not that bright a scammer. Nick -

3031 on one account, 90 on the other. My wife has 2 accounts we use also but not sure on her numbers. I used to buy and sell there often. Not so much since increased fees, lower bonus bucks, sales tax, premiums, scammers, etc. -

So, the title says Gold CAC, the picture shows a Gold CAC coin, and the description says Gold CAC and they relisted it exactly as before knowing full well that the buyer is NOT getting a Gold CAC coin. Anybody on this forum listing that would be called a bait and switch scammer here.
