I feel that sellers who are selling silver in "avoirdupois ounces" instead of "troy ounces" are scammers. I'm not going to read the whole thing. It's already bid up well above what it's worth. -

The scammers aren't even in the U.S. most likely. I did a Google search for the first name "Korder" and there are no known examples of that as a first name. It's an easy scam to run, and a few people have fallen for it. :/ -

so, did the buyer just buy to stop the auction? and he has no intention of completing the deal? That's a lot of risk to your reputation just to stop a scammer. -

I've made one claim, got a partial refund out of the scammer's paypal account. Never got the rest. This was two years ago, I think.
