I know you're unhappy. But my point is that the scammers are running scams all the times. That is really a separate issue from the possible distribution issues today. -

Regardless of if he/she authorized it or not, you are either dealing with a scammer and his/her own ebay account or a hijacked ebay account. In either case, block. -

This is from libertyforall - for years one of the top scammers on ebay who does everything just inside "ebay law" but in reality is just selling worthless garbage.
