As ElMago mentioned above, it looks like they are quantifying the grade using a color scale. Green is good, as indicated by the "NO, +1" in the creases/dents column. Surface, corners, and centering are all yellow, which if they were better would probably be green. A low grade card would probably have red bars on the back. -

a question about crossover
I have 2 Millenium sets, The silver eagle and Sac,1 from ICG and 1 From NGC that I would like to crossover to PCGS. But since they were sent in the original packaging in 2000,That is nowhere around, so I was wondering if PCGS would take ICGs and NGCs slabs as proof so I could get them crossed over. -
