   Any opinions as to the grade of this 1932 near 2 nickel would be appreciated. Forgot to enter image of date.

   I have never heard of a near 2. Is this a newer discovery?

   No doubt, it is a NEAR 2 to the leaf! Grade, difficult. Au 55-58 but I do not think it will make 60

   It is very attractive for the date. From where I sit, it does look as if there is a rim issue at the C in CANADA. That likely will be problematic if submitted. I would like to be wrong on that... However, the image is the image and that is what we have to work with here.

   I would look into the archives of the and the CCF site to make sure that this is the 'near' that you think it is. It could be a "far". Anmd Kat is right about the rim at the C in Canada.... it would severely hurt the grade
