   I also received the letter yesterday and promptly took the online survey. It took less than 5 minutes to complete, and I did mention the need to improve quality control in terms of defects on the coins, but did not specifically mention milk spots.    Got an email today for a different Mint survey. They seem to be seriously trying to improve through feedback. It was too late to mention milk spots but I will remember for the next survey opportunity.
