   Thsoe are not milk spots, they will dip off.

   I'd grade it MS-66. The luster is great, but I'm no fan of milk spots, and there is nothing you can do about them that won't make it worse.

   Rotate this puppy under a grading light to make sure there are no tiny, isolated but reflective thin "slide lines" or other reflective defects. If none, agree 67-68. Also check close to the Earth at 10:30 for a little incuse crescent with a tiny south-pointing "v" in its southern tip. The obverse R of LIBERTY looks to have…
