   I was fortunate enough to purchase this half dime a few years ago at the FUN Show. Dennis Tarrant was with Jade Rare Coins back then and I stopped at his table. He had this neat, raw half dime sitting in his case. Dennis also had some notes with the coin and an old ANACS label. The coin came from the Russell J. Logan…

   That is a really nice looking LM-3 that you got for less than $350! Wow- very cool coin and a very nifty story to go with it.

    Ah yes. I remember that little half dime well. I actually had several pieces from the Logan collection around that time, and had the privilege of handling a couple of LM plate coins prior to that show. I can tell you that it was easier to acquire such pieces a few years ago. A few collectors *cough*on this forum*cough*…
