   Not having all the info, I would say that just finding a nice coin that could possibly upgrade is not worthy of the honor. Generally YOU SUCKs' are handed out to those who knowingly purchase a coin for far below its market value and have it slabbed into a confirmed grade, Variety, Error, etc., worth significantly more than…

   I have a question regarding the candidate for the "Coveted You Suck Award". What is required to acheive such mythic status? Is this decided by a jury of our peers on some BOD on Mt. Olympus?
