I don't understand the half grade fuss???
Why does it matter so much whether a card is an 8 or an 8.5? Are you really getting a card that you can actually SEE a difference in the condition? I can barely tell the difference between a "7" and a "10". If people used common sense and realized just how opinionated grading is, there would not be a 100X increase in a… -

The 'fuss' is very different for every person. Money, prestige, value, Did I say money? all play a part in this. The problem as i see it is simply we have so many different series and cards that almost everyone that has a PSA graded card is effected in some way. Even those that do not have any could have been effected.… -

Rube, Your Tom Fears RC looks like a strong candidate as well. My Joe Perry RC is in my stack of cards going to PSA for review as well. Think it might have a shot? id give it a whirl,it cant go down any in the slab from what they are saying -

in my case-there are 7 10's out of 13,000+ graded 50 bowman fbs,thats the diff in vintage stuff,as for modern stuff,i have no idea -

I'm not to sure either on whats going on with the .5 scale, or whats the big deal, but i'm sure if people are saying its a big deal for them, then it is.
