<< Only three MS70's? Damn, you got hosed. Russ, NCNE >> disagree. 3/20 is greater than 10%. He beat my 70 rate on 06 gold. With only 2 platinums the odd were they would be 69's. Those posting "hey I got 2 70s in a 4 coin submission" are the exception rather than the rule. --Jerry

<< Did you use the Bulk Submission Service for that many coins? >> I think you have to submit 100 of the same type coin for bulk submisson.....I fell a little short on the coin count.

There was a special this last year for the 20th anniversary sets where they made an exception and excepted the mint limit of ten sets or 30 coins for the bulk…
