   << <i>It is a no no. Russ, NCNE >> Russ is correct. It is not illegal, but does violate ebay policies. Before ebay bought Paypal, offering a discount to not use Paypal was accepted. For several years now, it has not been allowed. Ebay will pull the listing if they see it.

   Thanks Russ, I did try to search to find the rule but could not... I wanted to inform the seller so he/she will not lose the listings (People already bid on the auctions). Any chance of a link to where this rule is written? Ray
