1. Are ASEs the only ones that Got Milk?

   I'm wondering why I don't hear about milk spots on other modern MS US Mint coins. Is there something special about how MS ASEs are created that's different than say the SF Old Mint MS and Franklin dollar commems?

   Rus. You said to dip the silver eagles and that would stop milk spots. If so than for how long and in What? Thanks Ray
