So I called the FCC and they said call the FTC, which I did and filed a complaint. If anyone cares, their number is 877-382-4357. Be prepared to wade through some button pushing before you get to a human being. They suggested I file a complaint with the Mint as well, which I did. The Mint was very surprised to hear that… -

I did not see them selling the A10's, but they were hyping them and saying they were sold out at the mint. And there's no way the mint is sold out of A11's - especially with all the returns -
