   I seem to remember something about this seller, but I can't find the thread. eBay finally NARU'd him, but not after he ripped bidders off to the tune of many thousands of dollars. Russ, NCNE

   Almost bid, he had some nicely toned morgans, but he came out of nowhere with the kind of inventory that hasn't been on ebay for a while. Still curious if they were/are his.

   I've been in contact with a detective in Ridgeland, MS for over a month about Rafael Rios. He told me a few weeks ago that he spoke with eBay and they were shutting down his account - and it stayed open for another 10 days after that. The local police gave up and now I'm trying to get the Postal Inspector to arrest him on…
